Appointments are absolutely essential for picking up online orders from our shop, grooming sessions and/or inspections.
We limit the daily number of visitors, even to our retail shop, to keep the premises quiet and peaceful for our bunny boarders and cavy campers.
Moreover, we are sometimes out for vet appointments or pick-up/delivery of boarders Therefore, calling in without an appointment is at your own risk of a wasted trip or having to wait till we return.
